Lived here a few years ago for over a year. Never had any problems. Quiet, quaint, feels secluded and safe especially in the back part of the property. The buildings are older and no frills. Shout out to the manager Cari and the maintenance team, they were always prompt and professional.

I have been here for almost 2 years now, and I love living here. Mrs. Carrie (the property manager) is the sweetest and really values her residents.

Great place to live

I’ve been living here for about 2 years now and have no complaints. Staff is friendly and when I put in a service request it’s usually fixed the same day.

Moved here less than a year ago. Staff is very helpful. I needed assistance with my sofa which is oversize and staff removed the window so I can get it into my apt. I also had a leak in my water heater off hours and maintenance came immediately to fix the leak. Rent is affordable. My only complaint is that my apartment is in the back of the building. Other than that I will be renewing my lease for another year.

This is such an incredible place to live. It's quiet, clean, and friendly. Mostly blue collar workers, thus we all kind of fit in together. My husband and I came from Arlington. We had a horrible time in our previous place, and had a hard time finding something else. But, we both found this and fell in love from the moment we saw it. We live in a second floor 2bd 1 1/2 bth, and it's perfect. Though it isn't "huge" the vaulted ceilings, skylights, and natural light all help make it feel much bigger than it is. Having our own balcony is nice, and the fire place is PERFECT for the winter! Parking is never an issue, there is always somewhere to park. The staff all around are incredible, and so sweet. Simply put, we're so happy to live here. Glad we made the move!

Carrie the leasing agent is so nice and very helpful with our move from California to here. Thank you Carrie for being so helpful and answering all of our questions and we did ask a lot. Looking forward to our new home.

Manassas Meadows is a wonderful place to live! My husband and I have been here for almost a year. The apartments are just the perfect size for first time renters. We haven't noticed any bugs or anything like that. They put in new carpet for you before you move in. Anytime there is a problem you can let the office know and they will come in most likely the same day and fix it! Dawn is the property manager at this complex and she is such a nice person! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice cozy place to call home:)
